When you receive confirmation your order is ready you can pick up your order from our clinic in the downstairs location (formerly grooming). You can pick up at anytime between 9am and 4pm.
As long as your prescription request isn’t for controlled substances we will send your order out for delivery on the next business day after your request is approved.
For medications and prescriptions your pet needs a current wellness exam in the last 6 months. A “visit” does not necessarily mean your pet is current. For supplements and herbs, we need to have seen your pet in the last year.
Yes. By law we cannot dispense medications for pets without a patient/doctor relationship. We are not a pet supply business so we do not sell supplements or otc products to pet’s we have not established care with. That is a clinic policy.
